Collection: Fresher
Fresher was a Japanese guitar brand launched by Kyowa in Nagoya in 1973, built in the Matsumoto region, and initially offering affordable copies of popular American models. By the late ’70s, they improved quality and even introduced innovative onboard effect models featuring distortion, phase, auto‑wah, sustainer, and booster modules. Production ended in 1985, but these MIJ instruments, often solidly made and quirky, have gained cult appeal among collectors.
