Terms of service

Who we are. southsideguitars.com.au is run by Southside Second-Hand Pty Ltd trading as Southside Guitars (ABN 57 165 444 584), 16 Chrome St, Salisbury QLD 4107. (07) 3392 6888. admin@southsideguitars.com.au.

Your rights. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Gear and descriptions. Most of our stock is preloved and one of a kind. We describe and photograph each item's condition, including known faults. Colours on screen can vary.

Prices. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Delivery is extra unless it says free, and is shown at checkout. If we list a wrong price by mistake, we'll tell you before we take or keep payment, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Orders. We confirm your order by email. A preloved item can sell in store before we update the site. If that happens, we'll refund you in full, including delivery.

Payment. We take cards, Afterpay and Zip online. Their own terms apply to Afterpay and Zip.

Delivery. See our Shipping policy. If an item arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, we'll repair, replace or refund it.

Returns and warranty. See our Refund policy.

Our liability. If we break these terms, we're responsible for loss you could reasonably expect. We're not responsible for loss we couldn't foresee. This doesn't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your use of the site. Don't misuse the site, copy its content, or use it to break the law. Your personal information is handled under our Privacy policy.

Law. Queensland law applies.

Changes. We may update these terms. The version on the site when you order applies to that order.
