Inspired by nature & the raw beauty of classic timber, Roadster II instruments make a truly organic & understated natural statement.
Tanglewood have long pioneered the practice of sustainable forestry in the pursuit of their art and for this latest Roadster series, they match finely graded Canadian Spruce tops with traditional Indonesian mahogany back and sides to produce tonally rich instruments that sound instantly wonderful tuned up right out of the box.
Their luthiers have to work especially hard to create their look, carefully finishing the smooth edging joins of the body, as no binding is added to the body of these models, leaving no margin for error. Spruce tops are finished and sealed in high grade, low density satin lacquer and as well as capturing the stripped down raw timber cosmetic effect we envisaged on the drawing board, we are sure this also adds to their sweet sounding sonic appeal.

Shipping. Free standard shipping Australia-wide on orders over $199 and under 5kg, with an express option at checkout for most items. Guitars over A$2,000 ship free by courier to Qld, NSW, Vic, ACT and Tas, and half price to SA, WA and NT.
7-day change-of-mind returns. From the day you receive it, on new and preloved gear. It must come back as you received it. A 20% restocking fee applies, and you pay return postage. Not for strings or anything played with the mouth. If it's faulty, the fee never applies, your Australian Consumer Law rights apply, and we pay return postage. Returns policy
Warranty. New gear carries the maker's warranty, usually 12 months or more. That's on top of your rights with us: you can always come to us first.
