Why 5.8 GHz?
Most devices in your home, including Wi-Fi networks, cordless telephones, Bluetooth devices, garage door openers and even baby monitors, run on the 2.4 GHz frequency. The 5.8 GHz frequency, which is a newer standard, is not commonly used in these devices. So, the 5.8 GHz band tends to be less crowded than the 2.4 GHz band because fewer devices use it. The 5.8 GHz band experiences fewer interferences from other devices when you play on stage or at home. Other advantages:

2.4GHz frequency range: 2412 - 2484 MHz = 73 M - Jump out of the crowded UHF 2.4GHz RF Band

Returns Policy
Unopened items in brand new condition may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date for a refund, exchange or credit but may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items that have been opened may be accepted back at our discretion. For more information visit our returns policy page.
Warranty
Brand new items are covered under the Southside Guitars general warranty: A 3-month electrical warranty and a 6-month structural warranty, excluding accidental damage, misuse or broken strings.
