Southside Guitars offers FREE standard Australia-wide shipping for orders over $199 and below 5kg. There is also an express option at the checkout for most items. Guitars above $2,000 in value ship via courier for free Australia-wide.
Returns Policy
Unopened items in brand new condition may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date for a refund, exchange or credit but may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items that have been opened may be accepted back at our discretion. For more information visit our returns policy page.
Warranty
Brand new items are covered under the Southside Guitars general warranty: A 3-month electrical warranty and a 6-month structural warranty, excluding accidental damage, misuse or broken strings.
