Lovingly dubbed the "bizarre guitar", the Coltone TG-64 is a space-age-esque prodigy. This guitar is identical to the Tiesco TG-64 but, re-branded for export as Coltone, which was once upon a time the most expensive guitar in the Tiesco catalogue.
These guitars are highly sought after for their swooping curves. Look at that headstock! The 4+2 headstock was a new and obscure at the time. With the addition of the contoured edge, it's nailing the vintage futurism look. The body also features one of the earliest examples of a monkey grip, that was first developed by Tiesco. A pretty cool feature if you're a more dynamic showman or woman.
This guitar is equipped three legendary 'square pole' single-coil pickups. Each are controlled by their corresponding on/off switches, bringing plenty of tonal versaility. Pair this one with a vintage fuzz pedal to create a 1970s inspired wall-of-sound.
