Loosely based off the much loved Fender Champ, the Kong is a 5 watt valve head powered by a 6L6 power tube and running a 12AX7 in the preamp section. It features a variable wattage switch to go from headroom to bedroom levels, has a speaker out for both 4 and 8 Ω and also features an XLR port for DI out to run straight into a desk. The controls are labelled uniquely with the banana giving you gain, the nut tone and the poop symbol giving you control of the volume. Monkey business aside, this is a serious amp with looks and sound sure to appeal to the vintage nut in you.
