Overview
The AKAI Pro ME-10D sits in that sweet spot where vintage digital gear still sounds warm and characterful, but has all the precision you want for rhythmic delays. Being able to fire off MIDI-clock-tight echoes from a rack unit in the late 80’s felt like sci-fi, and it’s still just as satisfying now.
Specs
- Classic late-80’s 1U rack digital delay with full MIDI implementation
- Delay times from short slapbacks to long ambient washes with up to 1024ms in standard mode
- Multiple delay modes including normal, invert, hold and ping-pong for creative textures
- Full MIDI control of parameters, including change delay time, feedback, modulation and more from your sequencer or controller
- Tap tempo input and front-panel controls for quick on-the-fly adjustments
- Crisp, clear 16-bit delay sound with a touch of vintage colour
- Perfect for studio use or as part of a MIDI-synced live rig
- Metal construction that is built to survive the road and the years
- Ideal for guitarists, synth players, and producers who want tight, tempo-locked echoes without going near a computer
- Serial number: 00660-05007
