Collection: Fi-Sonic

Fi-Sonic was an Australian amplifier brand founded by Phil Dreoni in Marrickville, Sydney, operating between 1959 and 1969. Known for their handwired valve amps, Fi-Sonic models like the 30WGR and 60WG featured Fender-inspired tone stacks, spring reverb and tremolo circuits, delivering warm, articulate tones suited for both guitar and bass. The brand also produced the Fuzz-Blender MKIV, one of Australia's earliest commercial fuzz pedals. Though production ceased in the late '60s, Fi-Sonic amps remain sought after by collectors and players for their distinctive sound and build quality. In 2009, a limited reissue of the 60WGR was commissioned, continuing the legacy of this unique Australian brand.
