Applause

Applause is Ovation’s long‑running entry‑level guitar brand, launched in the 1970s to bring Ovation’s signature round‑back Lyrachord construction and onboard electronics to budget‑minded players. Crafted with laminated spruce or cedar tops, slim necks, and built‑in piezo pickup/preamp systems like the CE304T, Applause models deliver comfortable playability and reliable amplified tone at a friendly price. Musicians value the blend of affordable craftsmanship, distinctive Ovation design, and gig‑ready practicality, making them ideal for improving players or as dependable stage backups.
