The Yamaha FG-TA TransAcoustic Acoustic Guitar blends traditional dreadnought tone with innovative built-in effects that resonate directly through the body of the instrument. Featuring a solid spruce top with mahogany back and sides, it delivers warm, balanced acoustic projection while the internal TransAcoustic system adds immersive reverb and chorus without the need for an amp. The TransAcoustic actuator turns the guitar body into a speaker while the built-in pickup allows you to plug into an amplifier or PA when needed.
Part of Yamaha’s long-standing FG series, this model continues a legacy that has made these guitars trusted by players since their introduction in the 1960s.
