The Hearos HS309 Ear Plugs give you 27 dB of reduction, which is suitable for louder music such as rock or industrial tech speed metal (ouchies). Science is pretty good but  we haven't figured out how to restore your hearing or eliminate tinnitus, so be smart and wear ear plugs.
