Also featuring a tune-o-matic bridge, 22 fret Rosewood fingerboard, USA DMT humbucking pickups and eye catching bloodstorm graphic finish the Tyrant is a high output metal monster perfect for live and studio performance.  With a signature DMT Michael Amott Tyrant humbucker in the bridge position the Tyrant excels when used with a high gain tone to deliver thick and deep rhythm sounds due to the large hex pole pieces and alnico 5 magnet. Additionally the DMT Time Capsule neck pickup delivers a vintage style tone with a distinct warm sound perfect for smooth lead runs. Featuring a ceramic magnet with four cable conductor the Time Capsule is perfect for lead playing and thick clean tones. The Dean Michael Amott Tyrant incorporates a string-thru body construction to provide improved tonality and sustain by transferring vibrations and resonance from the string to the body as it goes over the tune-o-matic bridge and passes through the body.
